Financial Excellence Limited recently organised a two-day customised executive training programme titled ‘Negotiation Mastery: A Value-Driven Approach to Drive Results’ for the Recovery and Collection officials of The City Bank PLC on July 02–03 at Hotel Lake Castle Limited in Dhaka.
Regional general manager of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the Maldives of Habib Bank Limited, Selim Barkat, inaugurated the programme, said a press release.
He highlighted the importance of strengthening negotiation capabilities and adopting value-driven approaches in recovery and loan collection to achieve sustainable business results.
Chief executive officer of FinExcel Nilufar Rahman welcomed the participants, facilitators and distinguished guests, highlighted the objectives of the programme, and coordinated the successful execution of the two-day training.
Designed exclusively for Recovery and Collection professionals, the programme covered value-driven negotiation strategies, borrower engagement, communication techniques, conflict resolution, recovery planning and ethical collection practices.
The sessions were delivered by a distinguished panel of senior banking professionals and industry experts through interactive discussions, case studies, role-playing exercises and practical scenarios.
